Abstract Submission Guidelines
1. Abstract Categories
Clinical – Benign
Anemias, Thalassemia, Bleeding disorders, ITP, Stem cell transplantation.
Clinical – Malignant
Acute & chronic leukemias, Lymphomas, Plasma cell neoplasms, CAR-T therapies.
Laboratory Haematology – Benign
Morphology, Flow cytometry, Coagulation assays, Molecular diagnostics.
Laboratory Haematology – Malignant
Immunophenotyping, Cytogenetics, MRD assessment, Biomarkers.
Transfusion Medicine & Immunohematology
Scientific committee may reassign categories if required.
2. Eligibility & General Conditions
Registration is mandatory for all delegates.
Abstract must relate to Hematology.
Each delegate may submit
maximum two abstracts.
Abstract must be written in
English.
Incomplete abstracts will not be accepted.
3. Types of Submissions

Preliminary data
Case reports
Hypothesis driven work
Thesis work
Review articles
4. Abstract Format
Word Limit:
Maximum 300 words.
Original Research:
Background • Objectives • Methods • Results • Conclusion
Case Reports:
Background • Case Description • Discussion • Conclusion
Improperly structured abstracts will be rejected.
5. Formatting Instructions
Font: Times New Roman
Font Size: 12
Title: Bold
Presenting Author: Bold & Underlined
Affiliation: Institution, City, Country
No tables, graphs or images allowed.
6. Submission Process
Submission only through official portal.
Email submissions will not be accepted.
Confirmation will be sent via email.
Last Date: 31st July 2026
7. Review Process
Peer reviewed by scientific committee.
Evaluation based on scientific merit & originality.
Selected for
Oral or Poster Presentation.
Committee decision is final.
8. Presentation Guidelines
Accepted presenters must follow deadlines.
Respond promptly to official communications.
Failure to comply may result in withdrawal.
9. Awards
Attractive awards will be presented in eligible categories.
