Registration Guidelines

• Registration is mandatory for all participants.
• You will receive a registration confirmation email at your registered email address upon successful completion of the payment. If you do not find the email in your inbox, please check your Spam/Junk folder or contact us via email or at the contact number mentioned below.
• Make sure to mention the email id & mobile number that you use regularly, as it will be used for the registration receipt and other conference communication.
• Registration fees include admission to the scientific halls, trade exhibition, inaugural function, lunches/dinners and delegate kit.
• For spot registrations: payment will be accepted only by mode of cash/card/UPI. The disbursal of the delegate kit for the same will be subject to availability.
• The Organizing committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date / venue due to unforeseen reasons.
• Employees of non-participating Pharma/diagnostics companies/market survey companies/ Hospital groups are not permitted to register/ enter conference venue.
• Student category Registration offer valid only till the abstract submission deadline.
• Only students who will present an abstract are eligible to register under the Student Registration category.
• Students have to submit a Bonafide Certificate (HOD Letter) from their head of Department/Institute during the abstract submission and to avail registration in the Students category.
• Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays / failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.

Cancellation Policy

• Request for cancellation for refunds must be emailed to the conference secretariat at secretariat@haematocon2026.in.
• Registrations cancelled 4 weeks before the conference will be eligible for 75% refund of fees excluding GST (18%).
• No refund will be made for the requests made within four weeks of the conference.
• Registration is not transferable.
• All refunds will be made after 30 days of the conference. GST will be deducted from all the refunds.
